Dr. Marc Toglia is one of the most experienced surgeons in the Philadelphia Region performing the minimally invasive pubovaginal sling known as TVT for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence. He has performed over 2,000 procedures with the TVT family of products, including the original TVT procedure, TVT obturator, and the new TVT Secur procedure. These procedures have revolutionized the surgical correction of SUI, are performed as an outpatient procedure and associated with high levels of patient satisfaction. Minimally invasive slings can be performed in the vast majority of patients, including women who have failed previous surgical repair attempts. Dr. Toglia performs these procedure under IV sedation and patients are discharged the same day.
