Urogynecology Associates offers three convenient office locations. All appointments can be made through our central office by calling (610) 627-4170.
- Riddle Memorial Hospital, Media PA (convenient to I95, 476 (exit 5), 202 and route 1)
- Paoli Hospital, Paoli, PA (convenient to Lancaster Ave, routes 202, 29 and 276)
- Lankenau Medical Center, Wynnewood, PA
Office hours are as follows:
- Mondays: Riddle and Paoli
- Wednesdays: Riddle only
- Thursdays: Paoli afternoon
- Fridays: Riddle
Dr. Toglia currently sees patients at the Riddle Office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. He is at the Paoli office on alternating Monday and Thursday Afternoons.
Preparing for Your Visit
Upon scheduling your appointment, our staff will send you a copy of our new patient packet to be completed prior to your visit. Please remember to bring these forms with you to our office. These forms can also be downloaded from this website at the tab on the left labeled “Download Patient Forms”.
The new patient package contains detailed forms for you to complete prior to your visit regarding your medical history, contact information and insurance information. This information will help us to better understand your symptoms and will make our appointment with you more productive and efficient.
On your first visit to our office, we will carefully review your medical history, perform a pelvic examination, and test your urine if indicated. Additional procedures may be performed as indicated, such as cystoscopy. Our physicians will talk with you regarding our findings, and we will schedule additional visits or testing as necessary.
